How can I cancel my subscription?

Open your account settings and click the "Cancel Subscription" button. If you'd rather not, email support and we'll take care of it.

Do you offer a free trial?

There's no trial, but the Free plan isn't time-limited either, so take as long as you need to decide. Paying yearly works out to two months free.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, up or down, from your account settings. Your billing adjusts from there.

What happens if I go over my submission limit?

That depends on the plan. Paid plans have no ceiling. Extra submissions are billed automatically at a per-1,000 rate that falls as the count goes up, and nothing is ever dropped. The Free plan's 1,000 a month is a real cap rather than a soft target. Past it, submissions stop triggering notification emails and integrations, and once you're well past it we stop keeping them. If you're regularly near 1,000, upgrade before you get there.

Can I send email from my own domain?

Yes, on any paid plan. Add a domain, verify it with the DNS records we give you, and auto-responses go out from that address instead of a generic one. You can verify as many domains as you need and point each form at the right one. Agencies usually set up one per client.

Do you delete old submissions?

No. Age is never what removes a submission, on any plan, so your history and your analytics go back as far as your account does rather than stopping at 30 or 90 days. Volume is the only thing that does, and only on Free. Once you're well past that plan's 1,000 a month we stop keeping what arrives. Paid plans keep everything.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, within 30 days of a purchase. Email support and we'll sort it out.

Do you offer support?

Every plan gets support. Free is email. Premium and Agency add chat, and Agency requests are answered first.
