Do you offer a free trial?

We don't offer a free trial, but you can start with our Free plan to explore the features and capabilities of Formiary. Yearly plans are discounted (2 months free) to help you save on costs.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Your billing will be adjusted accordingly.

What happens if I go over my submission limit?

We won't drop your submissions. On paid plans, extra submissions are billed automatically at tiered per-1,000 rates — the more you receive, the lower the rate. On the Free plan, submissions beyond your limit may not trigger extras like notification emails and integrations, so upgrade to keep everything running.

Can I send email from my own domain?

Yes. On paid plans you can add and verify a custom domain, then send auto-responses to submitters from your own brand instead of a generic address. You can verify multiple domains and link each one to the right forms — agencies typically verify one per client, so every confirmation email carries that client's brand.

Do you delete old submissions?

No. Every plan — including Free — comes with unlimited data retention. Your submissions stay until you delete them, so your history and analytics are never cut off at 30 or 90 days.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. If you're not satisfied with your plan, please contact our support team to initiate the refund process.

Do you offer support?

Yes, we offer support for all plans. Free plan users can access email support, while Premium and Agency plan users can enjoy chat support. Agency plan users get priority assistance.
