A form backend that validates, not just collects.
Define your fields once and Formiary checks every submission against them on the server: required, length, allowed values, file types, etc. Spam, notifications, and integrations come with it.
Live in minutes, on any stack
Change your form's action to the endpoint Formiary gives you and submissions start arriving. It works the same whether the form is plain HTML, a fetch call, or a React component. There's nothing to embed and no iframe to style.
- Every form gets its own URL. Formiary takes it from there, validating each submission, storing it, and passing it on to your inbox or your integrations.
- The constraints your markup already declares (required, length, allowed values, accepted file types) get enforced again on the server, where nobody can skip them with curl. Errors come back one per field, keyed by field name, so you can render each one next to the right input.

Protect and route every submission
Spam rules run before anything else. What survives goes to your team's inbox, your integrations, and your own systems.
- Honeypots, link detection, and rate limits, configured per form. Nothing is scored behind the scenes, so when something gets blocked you can tell why. Send flagged submissions to review or reject them outright.
- Email your team when a submission arrives, and send whoever filled the form a confirmation from your own domain. Signed webhooks push the data on to whatever else you run.

The parts you'd otherwise build yourself
Collecting form data is mostly plumbing. Validation, spam filtering, email, reporting. Formiary comes with all of it.
Built for developers
One endpoint, validation errors you can render directly, and documentation for every part of it. There's no SDK to install and nothing specific to one framework.
Analytics & reporting
See how many submissions each form gets, how many people finish it, and which fields they give up on. Useful for your own tuning and for showing a client their form works.
Notifications & auto-responses
Notify your team when something comes in, and send whoever filled the form a confirmation from your own domain.
Spam protection
Honeypot fields, link detection, and rate limiting, all set per form. Turn on what a given form needs and leave the rest off.
Custom domains
Verify a domain and your confirmation emails come from it instead of a generic address. Agencies can verify one per client. It's self-serve on any paid plan.
Honest pricing
1,000 submissions a month on the free plan, no limit on how many forms you create, and no age cut-off on the ones you've stored. On a paid plan, going over your limit never costs you a submission. The extras just get cheaper the more you receive.
